these Rules if they want their teams to be able to qualify for State and Regional Tournaments and for the Senior
World Series. Departments are allowed to create it's own rules and regulations as long as they do not amend rules
or regulations and allow them to be less strict than the ALB National Rule interpretation. If a rule is not found
in the ALB Rulebook, then the organization follows the Major League Baseball Rules and Regulations as written.
